I was really looking forward to my family's trip to Amsterdam, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The place felt unsafe and unclean, which was not what we had anticipated. Although we hoped for basic accommodation, the reality was far from that, especially with the condition of the facilities. It was frustrating that my daughter's request for a different, safer room was denied, forcing us to leave immediately and find a hotel elsewhere.
